Population Focus of the Day

People with disabilities and their families –

For reasons such as the various conflicts Iraq has experienced, the custom of marrying close relatives, and the lack of good medical care, there are many people with disabilities in Iraq. The access to resources and care for them and their families is extremely limited. Please pray that all of these individuals with disabilities and their families would know the love, care, and healing power of Jesus.

Goodness

Pray that the peoples of Mosul would know the depth of the goodness of God. May it be what they proclaim.

“And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching that the Christ is Jesus.” (Acts 5:42) May believers in Iraq saturate the city of Mosul with the truth that Jesus is the Christ — loaded with all the richness of that title from Scripture. May every home in Mosul have an opportunity to hear this truth.
