Thank you for joining over 6,000 people in praying during this Ramadan!
As you pray today look back over the past month and continue praying what God has put on your heart.
Pray that God will continue working powerfully in this place.
Before you leave check out the end of campaign stats page and consider sharing with us about your prayer time (E.g. testimonies, insights, blessings, etc.)
Use Matthew 24:14 to guide your prayer over Mosul-
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”
With faith and confidence, we pray for the Gospel of the Kingdom to spread throughout the nations represented in the city of Mosul. We know it is not a question of ’if’, but a question of ’when’. Please Lord, let it happen in our generation.
Laborers in the harvest field
May those that labor for the Kingdom in Mosul (both Iraqis and foreigners) be led to strategic houses of peace in the city. Pray that movements of church planting will be started and established through laborers in Mosul. Pray that the Lord will increase faith in the hearts of believers and workers in Mosul. Pray for laborers to be bold in their proclamation. Pray for spiritual strength for believers in Mosul (Ephesians 3:14-19). Pray that the believers of Mosul will be all about LOVE (1 Cor 13:1-3). And please ask for more laborers to be thrust into the harvest field of Mosul.
LOVE
Though this characteristic was already prayed for on Day 1, let us “bookend” this prayer initiative by releasing the love of God over the city of Mosul once more. And because God is love, we’re asking God to show Himself to these peoples! May they know His love. May they know Him.
Pray that the Holy Spirit would be poured out on all people’s of Mosul and that many would have dreams and visions of Jesus and The Way. May seekers, and those who have had dreams or visions or questions, be connected to believers who can point them to the One who can satisfy their souls.
